It is the passengers' responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary travel and health documents before departure, including a passport valid for at least three months beyond the return travel date. (This may vary by country; please check the requirements for your own country.)
We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to a failure on your part to carry the necessary documentation.
If your entry into Turkey is refused or delayed after passport control for any reason, Trip Savvy Travel bears no responsibility. In such a case, your refund request will be assessed, and the cost of any services on your tour that can be cancelled will be refunded to you.
Travellers with any known or suspected medical condition that may affect travel, or women who are more than 30 weeks pregnant, must notify Trip Savvy Travel at least 30 days before departure. In such cases, a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel must also be provided. Trip Savvy Travel reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where the relevant certificate is not provided. Trip Savvy Travel will not be liable for any failure, negligence or misrepresentation on the part of the traveller in this regard, nor for any refusal by an operator to carry a person who has not notified Trip Savvy Travel of their condition.
Trip Savvy Travel offers a range of tours, package tickets and services (“products”) through its website (www.tripsavvytravel.com). Trip Savvy Travel's Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations; it is therefore essential that you read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Trip Savvy Travel. Purchasing any travel service offered through tripsavvytravel.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between the person making the booking and Trip Savvy Travel, and represents acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described here.

Please note that tripsavvytravel.com packages do not include luggage porterage or airport assistance services. These services may be available on certain routes for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase luggage porterage and/or airport assistance services, please contact us after making your booking.
We always recommend packing light. As a general rule, you should bring no more than you can comfortably carry between the bus and your hotel room.
If you are booking on behalf of persons other than yourself, you warrant that you have the authority to do so. The booking Terms and Conditions also apply to all other members of the party, and you are responsible for ensuring that payment is made on behalf of all members of the party. As an individual booker, you must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
Bookings can be made directly online or through a tour operator or agency.
Terms and Conditions – Individual Travellers
Bookings
Bookings can be made through our website (www.tripsavvytravel.com), in writing to info@tripsavvytravel.com / tripsavvyturkey@gmail.com, or via our phone line at +90 384 271 26 96 and our WhatsApp line at +90 506 999 26 96.
All booking details must be filled in carefully. For all packages that include an international flight, please ensure that all passenger names are identical to those shown in their passports.
Please also provide details regarding accommodation, tours and other requested services, including any specific needs. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail containing your booking number and a list of the services purchased.
You will also receive an e-mail containing a confirmation invoice and, where applicable, your e-ticket for your flight.
Please check all details in your confirmation documents carefully to ensure they are exactly as requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact Trip Savvy Travel immediately, as it may not be possible to make changes later.
We will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible after you purchase the tour. In this e-mail, we will ask about your hotel room preferences and other details. Please check your e-mail inbox.
Terms of Payment
Trip Savvy Travel accepts payment via the iyzico infrastructure on our website, including credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, and the YapıKredi payment link.
To confirm your reservation, the full tour amount must be paid no later than 24 hours before the tour/activity date.
If payment is not completed within this period, your reservation may be cancelled by Trip Savvy Travel, and you will not be entitled to make any claims in this regard.
Please note that some of our holiday packages may have stricter payment rules; in such cases, the relevant information will be stated in the package details on our website.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation must be sent to Trip Savvy Travel in writing by e-mail and confirmed by Trip Savvy Travel in order to be valid.
Cancellation Charges
• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour or activity date are free of charge; the full amount you have paid will be refunded to you.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or activity date are non-refundable.
• For tours that include flight tickets, the deposit amount is non-refundable once the flight tickets have been purchased.
• A detailed cancellation policy description is provided on each tour page. Some tours may have specific cancellation policies, so we recommend reviewing the cancellation policy terms in detail before completing your booking.
• If a service that has been confirmed unconditionally is cancelled by Trip Savvy Travel — for example, due to insufficient participation — cancellation will be notified at least 4 weeks (28 days) in advance. Trip Savvy Travel will make every effort to offer similar alternative arrangements at no additional cost. Should these alternatives not be satisfactory, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• The day of arrival is excluded when calculating cancellation charges; the calculation begins from the date on which written notice of cancellation is received, or, in the case of non-payment, from the date on which the cancellation is deemed to have occurred.
Flights
Trip Savvy Travel does not sell domestic flight tickets.
If flights are included in a tour, we book the flights and make the payment on your behalf.
The relevant airline's cancellation policy applies to ticket cancellations.
Validity of Prices
Unless otherwise specified, all prices on the Trip Savvy Travel website are per person and include VAT and all other taxes (for cash payments).
All prices quoted on our website are based on current purchasing prices in Turkey.
Trip Savvy Travel reserves the right to increase or decrease the prices published on our website, without notice, in the event of currency fluctuations, changes in government taxes, or other cost increases beyond Trip Savvy Travel's control. In such an event, Trip Savvy Travel will absorb an amount equivalent to 5% of the total holiday price. Any amount exceeding 5% will be charged to the traveller; however, the traveller will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%. No price changes will be made within 30 days prior to the traveller's departure for Turkey.

Liability
Force Majeure
Trip Savvy Travel disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, illness or schedule change resulting from causes beyond its control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, labour disputes, or any other irregularity beyond Trip Savvy Travel's control. Trip Savvy Travel reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times without prior notice, should the need arise. In the event of any changes to flights (domestic or international), travellers shall bear any additional costs arising from this at the time the relevant service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers, etc.). We advise all travellers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover all eventualities.
General Liability
Trip Savvy Travel will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost, or other sum or claim of any description arising from:
• the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the affected traveller(s) or any member(s) of their party; or
• the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party unconnected with the provision of the services, which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
• circumstances beyond Trip Savvy Travel's control as defined under Force Majeure.
Complaints by Traveller
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform Trip Savvy Travel immediately so that we can endeavour to put things right.
