You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 20% deposit is non-refundable and the remaining amount will be refunded. Special cancellation terms apply to hot air balloon tours; flights cancelled due to weather conditions are fully refunded.

Turkey is a year-round destination, but the ideal time varies by region. Spring (April–May) and autumn (September–October) offer mild temperatures and fewer crowds, making them perfect for Cappadocia, Istanbul, Ephesus, and Pamukkale. Summer (June–August) is best for the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts such as Bodrum and Antalya. Cappadocia also offers a unique experience in winter with snow-covered fairy chimneys.

There are two options: Nevşehir Cappadocia Airport (NAV) is approximately 40–45 km from Göreme, with a travel time of around 35–40 minutes. Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR) offers more flight options and is approximately 75–80 km from Göreme, with a travel time of around 1 hour.

Yes, we offer private and shared transfer services from both airports to all areas of Cappadocia (Göreme, Ürgüp, Avanos, Uçhisar, Çavuşin, Ortahisar). Simply share your flight details when booking and our team will meet you at the airport with a name sign and take you directly to your hotel.

On group tours, the vehicle and guide are shared with other guests, making them a much more economical option. On private tours, the vehicle and guide are dedicated exclusively to your group, and the route, pace, and programme can be fully tailored to your preferences. Private tours are ideal for couples, families, and those who wish to focus on specific locations.

Yes, the majority of our tours are suitable for all ages. Age categories and pricing details vary by tour and are specified on each tour page. Some activities such as ATV and horse riding have minimum age requirements.
