Cancellation and Refund Policy

For a cancellation request to be valid, it must be submitted to Trip Savvy Travel in writing by email (info@tripsavvytravel.com or tripsavvyturkey@gmail.com). Your cancellation request becomes valid only once it has been confirmed by Trip Savvy Travel's reservation team.

In line with general practice in the Turkish travel industry, travellers or groups are subject to the cancellation terms set out below, calculated on the total reservation amount.

Cancellation Charges

•      Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour or activity date are free of charge; the full amount you have paid will be refunded to you.

•      Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or activity date are non-refundable.

•      For tours that include flight tickets, the deposit amount is non-refundable once the flight tickets have been purchased.

•      Payment is not required at the time of booking; however, to confirm your reservation, the full tour/activity amount must be paid no later than 24 hours before the tour date. If payment is not completed within this period, Trip Savvy Travel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without further notice.

•      Some tours may have specific cancellation policies. We therefore recommend that you review the cancellation policy terms on the relevant tour page carefully before completing your reservation.

•      If a tour is cancelled by Trip Savvy Travel for any reason, similar alternative options will be offered to you. If these alternatives are not suitable, the full amount you have paid will be refunded.

•      The day of arrival is excluded when calculating the cancellation period; the calculation begins from the date your written cancellation notice is received (or, where no payment has been made, from the date the cancellation is deemed to have occurred).
