Event and Concert Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions
Trip Savvy Travel | Ticket Sales, Admission, Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for concerts, festivals, live music performances, DJ performances, shows, entertainment events, and other events offered through the website operated by Veliaht Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Trip Savvy Travel).
Depending on the nature of the event, Trip Savvy Travel may act as the event organizer, ticketing service provider, or authorized ticket sales agent.
Customers purchasing tickets are responsible for reviewing the event information, ticket conditions, and these Terms and Conditions before completing their purchase.
The contractual provisions presented to and expressly accepted by the customer before purchase shall become effective upon completion of the ticket purchase.
All rights granted to consumers under applicable laws and regulations remain reserved.
2. Ticket Purchases and Reservations
Tickets may be purchased through the Trip Savvy Travel website or authorized sales channels.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during the purchasing process.
A ticket purchase is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the ticket has been issued by the system.
Each ticket is valid only for the event, date, time, and, where applicable, seating area or ticket category specified on the ticket.
Each ticket grants admission to one person only. A separate ticket must be purchased for each additional attendee.
Ticket sales are subject to availability and may be closed once the event reaches its maximum capacity.
Trip Savvy Travel reserves the right to review orders involving technical errors, duplicate transactions, or suspected security issues. Any resulting cancellation or refund shall be processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. Electronic Tickets and QR Code Usage
Tickets purchased through the platform are issued electronically.
Electronic tickets may be delivered to the email address provided during purchase or made available through the customer's account.
Each electronic ticket may contain a unique ticket number and/or QR code.
QR codes are verified by authorized personnel at the event entrance.
Each QR code may be used only once.
A ticket that has already been successfully scanned and used cannot be used for another admission.
Sharing screenshots or copies of QR codes may result in unauthorized use.
Ticket holders are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their tickets.
If a QR code cannot be scanned or a technical verification issue occurs, the ticket may be verified using the purchase record and appropriate identity verification procedures.
Re-entry after leaving the event venue is subject to the event organizer's specific rules.
4. Ticket Prices and Payment Conditions
Ticket prices are displayed on the relevant event sales page.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, ticket prices include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available during checkout.
Different ticket categories, including Early Bird, Standard, VIP, and other categories, may be offered at different prices.
Trip Savvy Travel or the event organizer may modify the prices of tickets that have not yet been purchased.
No additional charge will be imposed on completed ticket purchases solely because of subsequent ticket price changes.
Any applicable service fees, transaction charges, or other mandatory costs will be disclosed before payment is completed.
5. Ticket Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Cancellations Requested by Customers
Under applicable Turkish consumer legislation, tickets for concerts, entertainment events, and similar leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period may fall within the exceptions to the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.
Therefore, unless otherwise stated on the relevant event page, tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable when customers simply decide not to attend.
This provision does not restrict any other statutory rights available to consumers.
5.2. Event Cancellation
If an event is completely cancelled by the organizer and cannot take place, ticket holders will be notified.
Ticket payments for cancelled events will be refunded in accordance with applicable legislation and the relevant sales conditions.
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.
5.3. Event Date or Time Changes
If the date or time of an event changes, ticket holders will be informed through the available communication channels.
The validity of existing tickets for the rescheduled event will be communicated in accordance with the organizer's arrangements.
Where a date change constitutes a material modification of the contract, customers retain their rights under applicable law.
5.4. Artist and Program Changes
The event schedule, performance order, or performance times may be modified for operational reasons.
Minor program adjustments that do not materially alter the nature of the event may not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
If the headline artist is replaced, the main performance is cancelled, or the essential nature of the event changes significantly, customers retain their contractual and statutory rights.
6. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Whether tickets may be transferred to another person depends on the conditions applicable to the specific event.
Tickets issued in an individual's name or requiring identity verification may be subject to transfer restrictions.
Unless expressly authorized by the organizer, the commercial bulk purchasing of tickets, unauthorized resale, or creation of counterfeit tickets is prohibited.
The validity of tickets purchased from unauthorized sources cannot be guaranteed.
Trip Savvy Travel is not responsible for verifying tickets that were not issued through its own system or authorized sales channels.
7. Event Admission Requirements
Attendees must present a valid ticket to enter the event venue.
Identity verification may be required depending on the nature of the event.
Attendees must comply with the admission times, age restrictions, security procedures, and venue rules specified on the event page.
The door opening time may differ from the scheduled event starting time.
Admission for late arrivals may be regulated according to the nature of the event and the organizer's rules.
Late arrival or failure to attend for personal reasons does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Statutory rights remain reserved.
8. Age Restrictions and Children
Age restrictions applicable to an event will be clearly stated on the relevant ticket sales page.
Certain events may have an 18+ age requirement or other age-specific admission conditions.
Attendees may be required to present valid government-issued identification to verify their age.
Individuals who do not meet the stated age requirements may be refused admission.
Conditions concerning children attending with parents or legal guardians will be specified in the event-specific rules.
Situations arising from inaccurate age declarations will be assessed in accordance with the conditions disclosed before purchase and applicable legislation.
9. Security and Attendee Conduct
The event organizer may implement necessary measures to protect the safety of attendees, staff, performers, and other individuals at the venue.
All attendees are expected to:
Follow instructions issued by authorized security and event personnel.
Treat other attendees with respect.
Refrain from violence, threats, harassment, or discriminatory behavior.
Avoid bringing prohibited or dangerous substances into the venue.
Refrain from damaging venue property, equipment, or facilities.
Keep emergency exits and designated safety areas clear.
Avoid behavior that could endanger themselves or others.
Individuals whose behavior poses a serious threat to event safety may be removed from the venue through necessary and proportionate security measures.
Refund requests arising from such circumstances will be evaluated based on the specific facts and applicable legislation.
10. Prohibited Items and Security Checks
Items prohibited from entering the venue are determined by the organizer's and venue's safety regulations.
Weapons, explosives, and other legally prohibited dangerous materials are not permitted inside the event venue.
Restrictions concerning outside food and beverages, professional photography equipment, or other personal items may be established through event-specific rules.
Security checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and the rights of attendees.
11. Photography, Video and Audio Recording
The organizer may establish rules governing photography and video recording during the event.
The use of professional cameras, audio recording equipment, drones, or equipment intended for commercial recording may require prior authorization.
Photographs and video recordings may be taken at the venue for event promotion, news coverage, or archival purposes.
The processing and use of personal images, including obtaining explicit consent where legally required, shall comply with applicable data protection legislation.
Purchasing a ticket does not constitute unlimited consent to the use of an attendee's image or likeness.
12. Event Venue and Seating Arrangements
Events may be organized with standing admission, numbered seating, general admission seating, or other ticket categories.
The admission rights and designated areas associated with each ticket category will be specified on the event page.
Venue arrangements may be modified where necessary for safety or essential operational reasons.
Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve the essential characteristics of the purchased ticket category.
Changes that materially affect ticket holders' rights will be handled in accordance with the relevant contract and applicable legislation.
13. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure
Outdoor events may be affected by weather conditions.
Events may be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to adverse weather, natural disasters, official government decisions, public safety incidents, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
Attendees will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Where an event is postponed or cancelled, ticket validity and refund procedures will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable legislation.
Force majeure provisions do not eliminate or restrict consumers' statutory rights.
14. Responsibilities of the Event Organizer and Ticketing Platform
The role of Trip Savvy Travel as either the event organizer or an authorized ticket sales intermediary will be identified on the relevant event sales page or in the applicable pre-contractual information.
Responsibilities concerning event delivery, stage programming, venue management, artist participation, and operational arrangements will be determined according to the legal status and contractual obligations of the relevant parties.
Within the scope of the ticketing services it provides, Trip Savvy Travel manages payment processing, transaction records, ticket issuance, and customer communications.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that Trip Savvy Travel cannot lawfully exclude under applicable legislation.
15. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected during the ticket purchasing process is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and other applicable legislation.
Such information may be used for:
Processing ticket purchases and payments.
Issuing and verifying electronic tickets.
Managing event admission.
Communicating important event information.
Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

Where required by law, separate consent will be obtained before sending commercial electronic communications.
16. Customer Service and Complaints

All requests and complaints will be reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.
Consumers retain their rights to apply to competent consumer arbitration committees, courts, and other authorized authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.
17. Effective Date and Amendments
These Terms and Conditions form part of the applicable ticket sales agreement when they have been presented to the customer before purchase and the required acceptance procedures have been completed.
Trip Savvy Travel may update these Terms and Conditions for future ticket purchases.
Such amendments will not remove or diminish rights already acquired under completed purchases.
Additional conditions specific to individual events will be displayed on the relevant ticket sales page.
