This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale, delivery, use, cancellation, and refund of tickets for concerts, festivals, live music performances, DJ performances, shows, and other events purchased electronically by the Buyer.

This Agreement has been prepared within the framework of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, and other applicable legislation.

Before completing the purchase, the Buyer is informed of the essential characteristics of the event, the total price, payment conditions, and applicable cancellation and refund provisions.

Information concerning the purchased event ticket is provided on the relevant event sales page and in the order confirmation.

This information includes:

  • Event date and starting time

  • Venue and address

  • Ticket category and seat number, where applicable

  • Number of tickets purchased

The essential service characteristics displayed on the event page and any special conditions presented to the Buyer during checkout form an integral part of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 4 – FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Before completing payment, the Buyer is given the opportunity to review the pre-contractual information and this Distance Sales Agreement.

The Agreement is concluded electronically when the Buyer provides the required acknowledgements and completes the ordering process.

Ticket issuance is subject to successful payment and confirmation of the order by the system.

Orders for which payment has not been completed or confirmed are not considered finalized ticket purchases.

ARTICLE 5 – TICKET PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The ticket price is the amount displayed on the relevant event sales page.

The total price, including applicable taxes and any mandatory service or transaction fees, is disclosed before payment.

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods offered on the website.

Once payment is completed, the price of the purchased ticket will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Where different currencies are used, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion costs charged by the Seller will be disclosed before payment. Additional fees imposed independently by banks or card issuers are subject to their respective terms.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS

Purchased tickets are issued electronically.

Tickets may be delivered to the email address provided by the Buyer or made accessible through the Buyer's account.

Each ticket may contain a unique ticket number or QR code.

Issuing the electronic ticket and making it accessible to the Buyer constitutes digital ticket delivery.

The Buyer is responsible for reviewing ticket details and contacting the Seller if any errors are identified.

ARTICLE 7 – TICKET USE AND EVENT ADMISSION

Each ticket is valid only for the event and date specified on it.

Each ticket permits admission for one person only.

QR-coded tickets are verified by authorized personnel at the event entrance.

Each QR code may be used only once.

A ticket that has already been validly used cannot be used for a second admission.

The Buyer is responsible for taking reasonable precautions against unauthorized ticket use resulting from sharing ticket information with third parties.

In the event of technical verification difficulties, purchase records and appropriate identity verification procedures may be used to investigate the issue.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

8.1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the exceptions established in Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the general 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, where the relevant legal conditions are met, to contracts concerning leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or within a specified period.

Accordingly, unless expressly stated otherwise, the Buyer is not entitled to an unconditional refund solely because they decide not to attend the event.

All other statutory consumer rights remain reserved.

8.2. Cancellation by the Buyer

Unless different conditions are specified for the event, tickets are non-refundable when cancellation is requested by the Buyer for personal reasons.

8.3. Event Cancellation

If the event is completely cancelled and cannot take place, the Buyer will be notified.

The ticket price for an event that is not delivered will be refunded in accordance with applicable legislation and the relevant contractual provisions.

8.4. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed to another date, the Buyer will be informed of the new date and the validity of existing tickets.

Where postponement constitutes a material modification of the Agreement, the Buyer's statutory rights remain reserved.

8.5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing times will be determined in accordance with applicable legislation and the procedures of the relevant payment service provider.

ARTICLE 9 – CHANGES TO THE EVENT PROGRAM

The organizer may modify performance order, stage times, or other event details for necessary operational reasons.

Minor program changes that do not materially alter the essential nature of the event may not automatically entitle the Buyer to a refund.

If the headline artist is replaced, the main performance is cancelled, or the essential characteristics of the event are significantly modified, the Buyer's statutory rights remain reserved.

ARTICLE 10 – AGE RESTRICTIONS AND ADMISSION CONDITIONS

Applicable age restrictions and special admission conditions will be displayed on the event sales page.

Government-issued identification may be required for events with age restrictions.

Individuals who do not meet the stated age requirements may be refused admission.

Before purchasing tickets, the Buyer should verify that they and any other attendees for whom tickets are purchased meet the applicable admission requirements.

Cancellation and refund requests arising from these conditions will be assessed in accordance with the rules disclosed before purchase and applicable legislation.

ARTICLE 11 – SECURITY AND EVENT RULES

Attendees must comply with the safety and operational rules of the event venue.

Violence, threats, harassment, behavior that endangers other attendees, and damage to venue property are prohibited.

Individuals whose conduct seriously threatens event safety may be removed from the venue through necessary and proportionate measures.

Prohibited items and other security conditions may be communicated on the event page or at the venue entrance.

ARTICLE 12 – TICKET TRANSFERS AND RESALE

Ticket transfers to third parties are subject to the specific conditions of the relevant event.

Tickets issued in an individual's name or requiring identity verification may be subject to transfer restrictions.

Unauthorized ticket duplication, counterfeit ticket creation, and commercial resale without the organizer's permission are prohibited.

The validity of tickets obtained through unauthorized sales channels cannot be guaranteed.

ARTICLE 13 – FORCE MAJEURE AND NECESSARY CHANGES

Natural disasters, fires, extreme weather conditions, epidemics, government decisions, security threats, and other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the parties may affect the delivery of an event.

In such circumstances, the event may be postponed, modified, or cancelled.

The Buyer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Where an event cannot be delivered, the rights and obligations of the parties will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable legislation.

Force majeure provisions do not eliminate or restrict statutory consumer rights.

ARTICLE 14 – RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

The Seller is responsible for performing the ticketing services it undertakes in accordance with this Agreement and applicable legislation.

Responsibilities concerning event organization, stage programming, venue management, and other operational matters are determined according to the legal roles of the relevant organizer and service providers.

Where the Seller acts as an organizer or intermediary, the scope of its responsibilities shall be determined under the relevant contracts and applicable legislation.

The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during purchase and for complying with the communicated admission conditions.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ARTICLE 15 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data collected during ticket purchases is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and other applicable legislation.

Personal data may be processed for completing orders, processing payments, issuing tickets, communicating event information, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Further details concerning personal data processing are provided in the relevant Privacy Notices.

Where required by law, separate consent will be obtained for commercial electronic communications.

ARTICLE 16 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules of private international law and consumer protection applicable to transactions involving foreign elements.

Disputes arising from this Agreement may be submitted to competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts, or other authorized authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.

Electronic order records, payment records, and communications of the parties may be considered evidence in accordance with applicable procedural law.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as restricting the Buyer's statutory right to seek remedies before competent authorities.

ARTICLE 17 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

The Buyer acknowledges having been given the opportunity to review the pre-contractual information and this Agreement before purchase and having completed the required acceptance procedures.

This Agreement enters into force upon completion of the electronic ticket purchase transaction.

The Seller may update these contractual terms for future sales.

Such updates shall not retroactively remove rights arising from completed purchases.
